Healing that moves in cycles

Where self-awareness becomes self-experience.

You understand your patterns. You’ve reflected and done meaningful work. And still, something doesn’t feel complete.

Your body reacts before your mind can step in. Familiar relational patterns return. It’s not that you don’t understand what’s happening. It’s that understanding alone hasn’t created the change you’re looking for.

Therapy here takes a different pace. We slow things down so your system can respond in new ways. Together, we notice what keeps cycling beneath the surface and gently work with it as it unfolds. Healing isn’t linear. It moves in loops of awareness, integration, and return.

This work supports change by meeting the root of what’s been holding on, allowing something unfinished to finally settle.

Therapy for your whole system

I work with adults who have gone as far as they can, and are seeking an approach to go to a different level. My approach engages your mind, your body, and your internal world together.

Rather than managing symptoms, we listen to what your system has been holding and create the safety it needs to emerge.

A person with dark hair and skin holds their face with one hand while looking at a smartphone in a dimly lit environment, appearing distressed or worried.

You might find yourself:

  • Circling past situations

  • Reacting strongly in relationships

  • Feeling caught between what you know and how your body responds

  • Knowing what you want for your life, yet feeling blocked by anxiety, self-criticism, or hesitation

Clients often describe sessions as clarifying. Something that’s been looping begins to loosen. And a grounded inner rhythm develops alongside a self-trusting perspective.

Healing here is not linear.

It moves in cycles. It unfolds over time. And it respects your pace.

Hi, i’m emily

You deserve therapy that feels clear, attuned, and genuinely helpful.

If you already understand your patterns and history, you may be looking for something more than insight. You want change that you can feel. Perhaps a different internal experience or a sense that something is finally shifting.

In our work, we pair experiential therapies like EMDR and IFS with creative, relational exploration to help you move into self-understanding and change. This creative therapeutic approach supports the parts of you that have been holding stress, protection, or unresolved experiences, especially when talk therapy has taken you as far as it could.

My role is to offer a steady, collaborative space where you can listen inward and respond in new ways. We move at your pace and focus on changes that continue to unfold beyond the session.
